Our country is expected to see rapid economic growth and increased foreign direct and institutional investment that will encourage demand for construction. Early urbanization has already documented necessities for smart cities and low-cost housing, in addition to modern infrastructure facilities. These activities are going to have a multiplier effect on the economy of the country.
